Safaltek has a documented Quality Management System (QMS) in conformity with the requirements of International Standards laid down vide ISO 9001:2000.
Shewhart's cycle for Quality Management - Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle is the basis for implementing Quality initiatives thus ensuring continual improvement.
Quality Process
Projects follow the life cycle process and for each project Quality Plans are prepared and followed. The quality plans include:
The identification and acquisition of any controls, process, equipment, fixtures, etc. that may be needed to achieve the required quality.
Compatibility of production process, inspection/ review and test procedures and applicable documentation.
Up-to-date quality control, reviewing and testing techniques.
The clarification of standards of acceptability for all features and requirements, including those, which contain a subjective element.
Identification and preparation of quality records.
At Safaltek, monitoring and measurement of the systems and processes are fundamental for confirming their affectivity. Such measurements act as inputs for continual improvement of the Quality.
Customer Satisfaction is one of the main objectives at Safaltek, which is clearly stated in the Quality policy. Various measures are taken to ensure the same. Some measures are in the form of training and sensitizing the Team towards the asset value of a satisfied customer. Customer satisfaction surveys are also organized bi-annually at the minimum. Safaltek's Management appreciates that Price of Conformance will always be less than Price of Non-Conformance and has thus has adopted a Defect Prevention approach.
Safaltek has deployed systems and processes for the sales/marketing, design & development, production, installation and after sales support as per present range of services.
